From time to time Illawarra Aged Care GPs might also ask you to complete a confidential evaluation questionnaire as part of RACGP accreditation.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of the care from your GP or Illawarra Aged Care GPs then please talk to your aged care facility manager, or your doctor or contact us.
